Titles vary by country. A production supervisor in one mill is a head miller in another. A chief miller on 50 TPD is not automatically a head miller on 500 TPD. Wheat reception to packing — plus the grain roles that serve a mill.

Flowsheet command
The scarce seat worldwide. Flowsheet, roll settings, ER, ash and the night crew. Night-shift language is the gate — not the title on the CV.
Intake to pack-out
Plant managers and mill managers who own P&L or ER, yield and cost per tonne — already run a mill, not a generic factory.
Grain to first break
Buyers and operators who serve a mill: protein, hardness, unmillable, moisture, temper time. Conditioning is under-screened worldwide and high leverage.
Release authority
People who read Farinograph, Alveograph, FN and SD as milling outputs — not bakery recipes. Test bakers who can map a loaf fault back to the flowsheet.
Specification, not slogans
Sales who can talk ash, colour L*, water absorption and PSD without over-promising. Technical sales who close complaints on milling outputs.
Inside a flour mill only
Packing and bulk inside a flour mill is in scope. Packing in a biscuit plant is not. Usually local; export mills value load-out.
The plant behind the flour
Roll changes, sifter boxes, mill control, flowsheet change. Dust and ATEX rules are local. Roll-floor time must be real.
The global product
Start-up, guarantee runs, section rebuild, shutdown cover. Named millers booked weeks ahead — not scraped the night before. OEMs and mills both use this bench.
Packing inside a flour mill is in scope. A biscuit plant in another country is not. Feed time is labelled. Stone mill is labelled. We do not sell them as roller-mill command.
